The lion quilt is almost done!!
I've been working on this off and on for almost a year. I just have to add a border then I get to put it on the machine and do some quilting. Really looking forward to this part. I want to do lots of thread play in the lion and not sure what Im going to do around the cranes or in the solid black part. Will post more pictures when I get the quilting and binding done...
Thanks for taking a peek!!
Hope you are having a great day..

Carol's first quilt with me.
Good morning!! This is a new customers quilt and I just love how it turned out. I did a large floopy flower in the center and then a medium sized paisley swirl in the border. I love Batiks and this was such fun to work on....
Thanks for looking...

P.S. Sorry the first photo is a bit fuzzy when you enlarge it but I think you can see the quilting designs...

The Art in the Woods show is next week and Im nowhere near where I wanted to be with my things. I did manage to get several sets of Christmas tree napkins done. They are so cute and so easy to do..
Thanks for looking,
Lyn
Aunt Mary's quilt shop just posted a tid-bit about these napkins. This is where I got the pattern--check her out at http://auntmarysquiltshop.blogspot.com (hope this works!!)
