I found these quilt blocks in my moms things. This quilt measures 99x99. I tried to achieve an old fashioned look the with sashings. The quilting is supposed to represent pebbles under her skirt, and the quilting around her upper body is supposed to represnt the wind. I showed this quilt at Innovations in Tacoma this year, my first time doing that tooo...

Just wanted to share one of my customers quilts that I recently finished. This was my first attempt at this style of feathering. She was "tickled" with her finished quilt.
