The past couple of days have been kind of slow around here, giving me time to start on the new quilt. The name of the quilt is "The Peace quilt". I have enlarged the pattern because I didnt want to have to make 99 oragami cranes. Not sure how many it will take now but I've got a good start on them. This is a special quilt going to a very special man. Will post pictures when I get it completely done.

BRRRRR--this weather is for snowmen. Poor little Vinny and his short legs makes it hard for him to get around and do his business. Tried to get a picture of Marquise out there but he is quick....More of this to come over the week end. Would love to have just a normal day say in the 50's. Good day to stay inside and get some quilting done.

The Flower of Love/Quilt for Sale
I am not sure of the name of this quilt pattern but I have been calling it "The Flower of Love". This quilts measures 80x92. This top was one of my moms that she left me, I look at all the hand work that she did in this and I am in total awe of her work. I quilted this on my Gammill and it was my first attempt at "McTavishing. This is a gorgeous quilt.
